If the "Network Name" that you are connected to, in the TV settings, shows "24" or otherwise indicates the SSID of your router's 2.4Ghz network SSID (name), then it may just be an artifact of how the router's MAC addresses for the LAN and WAN and 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz wifi are laid out.
Had to go to the settings on the TV, choose network, choose Wi-Fi, pick my network and type in my network password. I had to do that the second time I wanted to stream, too, but never again. I am using the eero 6+ routing system, though, not the T-Mobile gateway alone. All I had to do was connect the eero to the T-Mobile tower with an ethernet
Go into TV menu – SETTINGS – GENERAL – NETWORK – NETWORK STATUS and select NETWORK RESET. Change IP SETTINGS in TV menu – DNS SERVER to 8.8.8.8. Update the firmware on your TV to the newest version.
