Shift 2 should be pretty awesome if they fix the tuning and performance issues that were experience in Shift 1. Hot Pursuit seems to be nice focus on racing and robust online. What generation exactly, I was born in 89. I have indeed played the early games, just not extensively. 3 was the first one I played a lot.
