You’ll want to check the system specs and make sure you’re at least meeting the minimum. Even then, you’ll need to turn the settings down low. It’s it lagging or stuttering during combat, it’s likely you a cpu or gpu issue. If the stutters are smaller, it may be system or graphic memory. That's pretty unfounded and most likely a useless suggestion. Malware or viruses steal data or mess up your computer. They don't make audio stutter in a video game. Clean up your pc is my recommendation. Probably malware or virus. asking for a fix from "they" wont help because this isnt a common issue.
Bloodstained's stuttering was minimal compared to the others (but still visible when entering new areas and traversing others), and Jedi Fallen Order along with Outer Worlds are some of the worst. Tetris Effect only stutters when the level transitions to the next one in Journey mode, a prime indication of what's causing the issue.
So much stuttering pc. Not sure why but the game ran fine originally but I downloaded it again yesterday and it’s performance is so bad, I’m getting 144 fps but it’s stuttering like crazy and not sure how to fix. i have the same problem, I kinda solved it by turning off the render scaling or something like that on settings, hope this helps.
To check open Resource Monitor (use search to find on your PC) and click on the Memory tab. At the bottom the memory use will show. Checking the before and after you will see that RamMap will reset the standby memory back to zero. The new Windows update has caused RamMap to no longer display the memory.'. Stutter is from the in-game Vsync. Best way to solve this is to disable in-game Vsync, open Rivatuner (which comes with Afterburner) and set Scanline Sync to -50. This will in most cases stabilize frametimes and reduce visual delay in most games. Only game it ever didn't in for me was Minecraft :/. KjB2.
