The answer is yes! All three of the new iPhone 11 models (iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, and iPhone 11 Pro Max) come with a pair of Apple’s latest wireless headphones, the AirPods. These earbuds connect to your iPhone via Bluetooth and offer a variety of features, including hands-free Siri support, automatic ear detection, and more.
maury markowitz said about 8 months ago. Seems to me they'll get lots of sales on non-Apple platforms too. The selection of USB-C buds is not great, and the ones that I've used are generally bass
However, the iPhone 11 does not come with AirPods. Apple removed the headphone jack from new iPhone models in 2016 with the introduction of the iPhone 7, according to Fast Company.
YES. I JUST took my headphones out of my 1 week old iPhone 11. within 15 minutes of use I accidentally bumped the lightning jack with my pinky while typing.
I do not use or like wireless headphones that you have to recharge. I would also like to be able to connect the audio out of my iPhone to an external speaker without having to deal with the lightening jack. $1000 for a phone is a bit too much if it's not user friendly. If Apple doesn't start becoming MORE USER FRIENDLY, I am out after this
